Natasja van Kampen (NLD)

Natasja van Kampen makes drawings in which she reduces huge human constructionfailures to the essentials. A football stadium which has been built for a big event is made unsafe by some tiny little humans in a huge crowd of supporters. After the event (a football World Cup or Olympic Games), the stadium is never used again because it is too large for regular use. Wars and other great misfortunes are concocted at conference tables by a few dozen faceless men causing global disasters.
